Taxback.com provides specialist tax return services to working-travellers and businesses across the globe. I was commissioned to refresh their visual identity and create a set of visual identity guidelines to assist designers in creating consistent and compelling taxback.com communications. The previous taxback.com visual identity had become dull and stagnant, and the company’s visual communications were lacking visual consistency in tone and style. On review of their printed and online collateral, I decided to refresh and restructure their visual identity into an east to implement and manage vial identity system. The starting point was to redraw the company logo which had proven difficult to use. I also introduced a wider colour palette and a range of info graphics would provide their designers and marketing team with the tools to create exciting and diverse communications. The results were rolled out in a visual identity guideline, a new company brochure, exhibition stands and advertisements.
We offer a range of services for both consumers and corporate clients so Alan worked on the brand identity to cater for the two different strands of our business. His creative input was an invaluable help in giving our communications a boost.
